Commercial series compressors feature precision steel connecting rods, with automotive-type rod insert bearings at the crankshaft, as well as needle bearings at the wrist pin for long service life and reliability. Commercial series pumps also have disc and spring valves for higher efficiency and reliability, as well as being easily serviced without the need to remove the pump head. Pistons have 4 rings instead of 3 for higher efficiency and less oil carry-over. These units come with powder coated ASME tanks with 4 feet on stationary units, and have a rigid metal belt guard for protection. Single stage units are factory set to shut off at 125 PSI, while two stage units are set to shut off at 175 PSI. All units have an easy to read oil sight glass, and have automotive-type paper filters/silencers to provide clean intake air and quieter operation.
